How do you play?

Expand your influence across the world and become the first player to pass the 15-Influence Point threshold to trigger the Final Round! Whether you become a savvy economic powerhouse, a power-hungry warlord, or even a peaceful environmentalist, there are many paths to victory.

Territories give you both Influence Points and Resources.

Use those Resources to upgrade your Territories, build up your military with Arsenal Tokens, or clean up nuclear fallout.

Arsenal Tokens are your military might. Station armies, navies and air forces to defend your territories from your neighbors – or invade them!

All players have a hand of 4 Action Cards. These cards can be anything from resources multipliers, to blockades of opponent territories, to missile shields, to free nuclear counter-strikes. You never know what your opponent might be able to play!

When the timing is right, use your atom bombs, ICBMs, or even the legendary Tsar Bomba to completely obliterate your opponent’s territory! Beware – every nuke that is used results in fallout on the board, and a United Nations card to be played.

Once a player has passed 15 Influence points, the Final Round is triggered. Every player will get one more turn, ending with the player who triggered the Final Round. This is your last chance to gain Influence Points for your self – or remove them from your opponents.

The player with the most points after the final round is the winner. If only one player remains regardless of total Influence Points, that player wins. Warning! If 10 territories have nuclear fallout on them, the world is plunged into Nuclear Winter and the game is over.
